I really enjoyed this tour of German history. It was great reading about the roots of Fredericksburg and seeing the very cool buildings.
Attended Pioneer Days while visiting Fredericksburg. Staff were very nice. Restored homes and shops were great to walk through. Authentic decor and audio explanations. The reenacting was fun to with.
Monday, March 11, 2024 my wife and I had a wonderful time at the Pioneer Museum. These people in this museum were very nice and willing to explain the history of the United States of America from the 1800's . They would explain and show how things were done in that era. I recommend it.
This museum contained several small buildings of historical significance and a courtyard. There was a lot of historical information and artifacts. There was also a gift shop.
Nice gift shop, (their peach hand soap smells amazing :) ) informative and interesting museum, friendly staff... An accurate look into the early German settlers'lives in the Fredericksburg area. My 10 year old loved it!
