The customer service was horrible. I was told I needed blood work done. I was also told someone would call me back with the results. 6 weeks later and 2 calls to them they finally returned my call.

I usually have a pleasant experience at SWL, weight loss but on this particular day I was very offended and a little humiliated. As I was getting ready to get my B12 shot, the nurse assistant came in and told me two months ago ( June 6th) the SWL made a mistake and under charged me because they thought I booked online, so I needed to pay them an extra $25.
