Process was seamless from start to finish. We worked with Bob. He was straight forward through the whole process and explained each financing option to make sure the one we were choosing worked for us. We were out with our new trailer within 2 hours ✅
I bought a Refrigerated trailer from Loadrunner Jacksonville Location, Alfredo was the salesperson He did a great job was very fast and efficient ,We encountered a little bump in the road, but him and his general manager Bill took care of the situation in a short and timely matter. This place does good business. I would recommend them to anyone I know.
I have been to this store twice and have walked out empty handed strictly due to the lack of customer service from the ladies at the front counter. My interaction with the sales department has been fine, nothing to complain about there. I walk into the store and stand at the front counter while three people are staring at their computer screens for several minutes without acknowledging you are there, they finally decide to take notice of you and proceed to act annoyed as if you are an inconvenience. I would not recommend this place. The customer service is terrible. We arrived at the store at 4:45 to have someone look at a repair for a $27K trailer that we purchased from them last year. The lady was rude to say the least. They close at 5. She said that they didn't have time to look at it. It would have taken all of 5 minutes. We also were there to purchase another trailer. Overall, the staff were very helpful and the store was clean, but many items are significantly overpriced. If it was not for the convenience of them being open on a Saturday, I would not recommend.
