I absolutely love these lovely ladies. I first gave this place a shot when the battery of one of my watches died and they fixed within 5 mins on the spot (I brought in the rest a day after lol). The next time I came because the glass on one of my favorite watches cracked. Everywhere else told me I would just have to get a new watch but I kept it because I loved it so much. Loved my experience shopping for jewelry here. Bridgette listened to what I was looking for, accommodating, and honest and fair with the price. This store has the most helpful and knowledgeable staff. I felt so confident leaving my precious items with them to fix and clean. Trust is necessary when it comes to family heirlooms, and these wonderful people are amazing. I only work with them and I live in Pittsburgh now!
