Just finished my first all on 6 case with Kyler - I have done many cases before with different labs and he made it the easiest case ever . Amazing results, perfect fit and happy patient . Highly recommend!!!!

Customer service was not very good initially. However, Jorge is very helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend talking with him if you need something.

I started with Josh and his team when they opened as a small family-owned operation because I was tired of struggling with large national labs and their impersonal business models. I've enjoyed Hopetown's one-on-one friendly and open customer service. Been using them since 2012. Absolutely amazing service and quality. Was just there today to drop off a case I needed to review with the techs. Jason is a talented designer and Jerry know his implants. Christy the manager is spectacular I love working with her on tough cases. Well oiled family business. You won’t be disappointed.
