Customer service was not very good initially. However, Jorge is very helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend talking with him if you need something.
Fvked up my crown! apparently i’m not the first patient at my dentist who has had a messed up crown sent to them. Your techs need training again!!
Hopetown has been a great option for our office! The staff is always ready to help with any special requests we have and Joshua is AMAZING to work with! Customer service is 5 star and the quality of the cases we receive has been nothing but WONDERFUL!! So happy to work with this fantastic lab.

I started with Josh and his team when they opened as a small family-owned operation because I was tired of struggling with large national labs and their impersonal business models. I've enjoyed Hopetown's one-on-one friendly and open customer service.
